These terms govern your use of the Reelign app and website, operated by Shields Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By using Reelign you agree to them.
What Reelign is
Reelign is a personal player for short-form videos you have saved. Content plays inside the app with its creator credited and linked. Reelign is not a downloader, does not export or repost content, and is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or Apple.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Reelign. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, which permanently removes your data from our servers.
Your use of third-party platforms
Connecting Instagram or TikTok happens through those platforms' own sign in pages, and your use of those platforms remains governed by their terms. You are responsible for having the right to access the content you save. Reels remain the property of their creators and the platforms they were posted on.
Acceptable use
Don't use Reelign to infringe anyone's rights, to redistribute content, to attempt to extract media files, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions
Reelign Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Purchases are subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Intellectual property
Reelign's software, design, and branding belong to Shields Digital LLC. Third-party content shown in the app belongs to its respective owners. If you believe content accessible through Reelign infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
Disclaimers
Reelign is provided "as is". Third-party platforms change without notice, and we can't guarantee that every reel remains available or playable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shields Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reelign. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Reelign at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
