Common fixes

A reel says Pending. Reelign is still fetching it. If it stays pending, open your Profile and check that Instagram or TikTok is connected, then pull down on the Library to refresh.

A reel says Unavailable. The original post was removed or made private on its platform. Reelign can't play what no longer exists. You can remove it from your library from the card.

Reels play slowly on cellular. Turn on "Save reels offline" in Profile, then Offline. Saved reels play instantly on any connection.

My alarm didn't ring. Check that Reelign has alarm permission in iOS Settings and that the alarm is toggled on. Alarms ring in Silent mode and Do Not Disturb.

Manage or cancel Reelign Premium. Subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Reelign.

Account and privacy

Delete your account any time in the app: Profile, then Delete Account. Details in our Privacy Policy.
